Welcome to YesBarcode.com.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to YesBarcode.com and your purchase and use of barcode numbers, barcode images, digital files, product-identification services and other services made available through the website.
By visiting our website, placing an order, making a payment, creating an account or using any YesBarcode product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
YesBarcode provides digital barcode and product-identification related products and services.
Depending on the product selected, these may include:
The exact contents of your purchase are determined by the description shown on the relevant product or service page at the time you place your order.
Barcode numbers and associated files supplied by YesBarcode are digital products.
Once a barcode number has been allocated and disclosed to a customer, it may immediately be copied, downloaded, printed, registered, shared, incorporated into packaging or otherwise used.
For this reason, an allocated barcode number generally cannot be returned to unused inventory in the same manner as a physical product.
A separate barcode is generally required for each product or product variant that must be identified separately.
Examples of separate variants may include differences in:
Customers are responsible for determining how many unique barcode numbers they require for their products.
Unless expressly stated in the applicable product description, purchasing from YesBarcode does not mean that you are purchasing or receiving:
If a retailer, marketplace, distributor, buyer, tender authority or other organisation specifically requires GS1-issued barcodes, a GS1 company prefix, an 890 prefix or another particular registration, you must verify that requirement before placing your order.
The first digits of a barcode do not, by themselves, reliably establish where a product was manufactured.
A product manufactured in India does not automatically require an 890-prefixed barcode unless the organisation accepting that product specifically requires one.
Customers who need a particular prefix must confirm that requirement before purchase.
Retailers, supermarkets, distributors, wholesalers, e-commerce marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, warehouses, POS providers and other organisations may maintain their own barcode requirements.
Those requirements may:
YesBarcode does not control independent third-party policies.
You are responsible for confirming mandatory requirements with your intended retailer, marketplace or other third party before purchasing.
Unless YesBarcode expressly confirms otherwise in writing for your specific transaction, we do not guarantee that a barcode will be accepted by every retailer, marketplace, distributor, organisation or software platform.
A third-party rejection does not automatically mean that the barcode itself is technically defective.
If a retailer or marketplace rejects a barcode, please send us the complete rejection reason, screenshot or written communication.
Where reasonably possible, we will review the information to help determine whether the issue appears to relate to:
If the issue is attributable to YesBarcode, it will be handled under our Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy.
A standard retail barcode primarily represents a unique identification number.
The barcode image itself does not automatically contain information such as:
Retailers, marketplaces, POS systems and inventory-management systems normally associate product information with the barcode number in their own databases.
Providing company, brand or product information to YesBarcode does not automatically register that information in any independent retailer, marketplace, GS1, government or third-party database unless that particular service is expressly included in your purchase.
Customers must provide accurate and complete information required to fulfil an order.
This may include:
YesBarcode is not responsible for problems caused solely by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Before completing payment, customers should carefully review:
Once barcode numbers have been allocated, an order may no longer be cancellable merely because the customer selected an incorrect quantity or changed their mind.
An order placed through YesBarcode.com is subject to reasonable verification and acceptance.
We may refuse, hold or cancel an order where:
If YesBarcode cancels a successfully paid order because we cannot fulfil it, the amount applicable to the unfulfilled order will be appropriately refunded.
Prices may change from time to time.
The price displayed and accepted at checkout for a completed transaction will normally apply to that order, subject to correction of an obvious technical, typographical or pricing error.
Applicable taxes and charges will be shown where required.
Payments may be processed through independent:
The payment provider's own terms, security procedures and privacy practices may also apply to the transaction.
YesBarcode customer-support representatives do not require you to disclose confidential payment credentials such as:
Never provide these credentials to anyone claiming they are required for routine YesBarcode customer support.
YesBarcode products are primarily delivered electronically.
Delivery may take place through:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
We aim to fulfil orders within the delivery period displayed or communicated for the purchased service.
Where additional information is required from the customer, processing may be delayed until that information has been provided correctly.
Events outside our reasonable control may also affect delivery.
Customers should review delivered barcode numbers and files promptly after receiving them.
If you believe anything is missing or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate.
Never begin large-scale packaging production solely on the basis of receiving a barcode file.
Before printing significant quantities of:
customers should create a sample or proof print and verify that the barcode scans correctly.
Where the product is intended for a specific retailer or marketplace, its requirements should also be confirmed before mass production.
Scanning performance may be affected by:
Customers should preserve correct barcode proportions and print quality.
If you reasonably believe YesBarcode supplied:
please contact us with relevant supporting information.
Verified issues attributable to YesBarcode will be handled according to our Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy.
Because barcode numbers are digital identifiers, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after barcode numbers have been allocated or disclosed.
Genuine errors, defects, duplicate payments, non-delivery and other eligible situations are governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Please notify YesBarcode promptly if you reasonably suspect unauthorised access to your account.
